Leadership
The Local Food Action Plan is coordinated by two organizations, the Good Food Council of Lewiston Auburn and the Nutrition Center. Healthy Androscoggin, the Lewiston Auburn Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce and the Somali Bantu Community Association/Liberation Farms work with the Coordinators as a Transition Team in the development of this updated plan.
Leads
Each Action has an Action Team to successfully complete and/or significantly advance the work. Action Teams have Leads that convene the team and report progress to the full planning committee. Other organizations serve as Supporters for Action Teams and may be involved actively, consulted, or just kept informed based on their interest, expertise, or overlapping initiatives.
